Witnessed a client (politically correct term to refer to patient as mentioned by my very own psych tutor, Azi, hihi)  with persecutory delusions. Distressing and sad I would say. The fact that it takes the essence of life out of you because of guilt, it keeps you at the verge of taking away your soul each time your thoughts wander about it. Kesian. :(
