Reading..

Okay, now reading the first page of Clinical Surgery. kehkehkeh. Starting up the engine!
For those interested, this book is highly recommended by a surgeon in Kilkenny, Mr Balfe. It's a bit pricey, but I think it is well worth it.
Now, I just need to live the book up to its potential, by reading it.
