Bila stress, kena sabaq.
Bila stress, tak boleh make an excuse untuk ignore and find something else more interesting to do which would imply guilt and increase stress lagi.
Bila stress, just accept it and do what u have to do. Just need to be strong and go through it.
If only I can do all these bila stress.

.................................... Seriously have to be hardcore and deal with the stress!! Diri sendiri yang bagi jadi sendiri, so just deal with it, jangan tambah2kan stress lagi with postponing things that you have to do.
