Feelings of unsettled. Pre-result syndrome I guess.

Updates about my life:

Managed to go out to city today. yay!! Went out with Shaz and bought two things (apart from groceries and stationeries).

One is a '2 Different Tears' dress and another is just a plain top. Finallyyyyy, I bought something for my wardrobe after a very very long time. Now, I'm ready for summer. Wahaha.. gedik pulak. Anyway, I really like the dress. So, I'm happy for now. =)

I got a roomate now!! Shaz has finally moved in with me. The amount of stuff she has is just unimaginable! Okay, maybe I exaggerated a bit but it was funny yesterday when we were unpacking and arranging her stuff. She kept on telling me earlier that I don't need to clear out my stuff, she doesn't have loads, so just give her a bit of space and she will be fine but when we were unpacking, her stuff is like triple of mine. But alhamdulillah, everything fit in perfectly. Now, just need to see her studying peacefully in the room, then I'd be relieved. (shaz, hint.. hintt) haha. 

Had a chat with a senior collegue the other day and she advised me to start studying for SC1 stuff now, especially O&G. For my fellow classmates, here's a list of advice that she has for us:

1. Try to have an overview of O&G, Paeds and Pscyh

2. Get a hold of an EMQ O&G book. (I haven't asked anyone on the title yet, will update with the book title soon). Most of the mcqs are tough and are problem based, so she really suggest that we get this book to practice/get exposure of how the mcqs gonna be like.

3. She told me that the Notes on Moodle is sufficient but if you would like to get a book for o&g, most people use Impey.

4. For those doing electives this summer, she also suggested that we try and request if we could do any o&g or paeds rotation.

5. For paeds, try to find a problem-based short notes questions book.

6. Check out the Marks & Standard to know the marks distribution as it is essential to know them particularly to know the weightage of each end of rotation exam.

7. and YES, end of rotation exam is ABSOLUTELY crucial!

8. Make sure to do all MCQs.
