It can curiously enough make it more difficult to lose weight because it stimulates insulin secretion, which reduces serum glucose, which increases hunger.<-- NO WONDER!

ehehehe..awak.. to lose weight..just eat proper food.and less intake of food yang banyak sugar and stuff. or.. sy rasa one thing abt me is because i eat food with small portion..like very small..but more frequent. and saya minum ayaq dengan sangat banyak. tapi kdg2 tak makan, tu yg jadi kurus nak mampoih ni. jangan buat mcmtu la. makan frequently in small portion. :D
